When will my pre-order item be shipped?

We will ship your order in one package on the release date of the respective product. The release date is the official publication or delivery date for Germany, as provided by the record label or supplier. There is no guarantee of delivery on this date. In rare cases, especially with imports, delays may occur. As soon as we receive the item, we will ship it as quickly as possible.

Will the pre-order/special pack be available again?

Our packs are typically strictly limited and available in a specific quantity. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis!
